TechSparks 2023 - Mumbai

TechSparks is YourStory’s flagship event that has seen 13 successful editions so far and has cemented its position as the biggest and most popular startup and tech conferences in India. Over the years, the event has become synonymous with the startup ecosystem and has seen a host of influential people be a part of it. I was the part of the core team that successfully delivered its latest Bengaluru and Mumbai editions.

I led the Experience and custom event application team that worked on the CX journey from conceptualisation to execution. Both the editions received widespread industry acclaim and endorsements from policy makers, government and industry leaders. Worked in tandem with creative and content team to built the theme, visual design, key conversations, and off stage engagements, and re-imagined the customer experience journey through a plethora of interactive experiences.
